Policy on the Processing of Personal Data

1. General provisions

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out the rules for processing personal data and the measures taken by UKC LLC (the “Controller”) to protect it.

The Controller’s priority is to respect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the rights to privacy and personal and family confidentiality. This Policy applies to information the Controller may obtain from visitors to this website.

2. Key terms

Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable website visitor. Processing means any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure, anonymisation, blocking, deletion or destruction. Automated processing means processing with computer technology. Cross-border transfer means transferring personal data to a foreign public authority, individual or legal entity.

3. Rights and duties of the Controller

The Controller may request accurate information or documents containing personal data and may continue processing after consent is withdrawn where Russian law provides another lawful basis. The Controller determines the legal, organisational and technical measures required to meet its statutory duties.

The Controller must provide information about processing on request, respond to data-subject enquiries, maintain public access to this Policy, protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, alteration, copying, disclosure, blocking or destruction, and stop processing or destroy data where required by law.

4. Rights and duties of data subjects

You may request information about the processing of your personal data; ask for inaccurate, outdated, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed; withdraw consent; request that processing cease; and challenge unlawful action before the competent authority or a court. You must provide accurate information and notify the Controller of relevant changes.

5. Processing principles

Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and only for specific, predetermined purposes. The Controller does not combine datasets collected for incompatible purposes, processes only data relevant to the stated purpose, avoids excessive collection, keeps data accurate where reasonably possible, and retains identifiable data no longer than the purpose or applicable law requires.

6. Purpose and categories of data

The Controller processes a visitor’s name, email address and telephone number to respond to requests, provide freight quotations, communicate about services and perform or prepare contracts. Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transmission where necessary, anonymisation and deletion.

7. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out with the data subject’s consent, to take steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with Russian law or an international treaty of the Russian Federation, or to pursue the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party where the data subject’s rights and freedoms are not overridden.

8. Collection, storage and disclosure

The Controller uses legal, organisational and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorised access. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law, authorised by the data subject or necessary to perform contractual obligations. Third-party communication and technology services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

To correct personal data or withdraw consent, email info@red-tiger.ru with the subject “Personal Data Update” or “Withdrawal of Consent”. Processing ends when its purpose has been achieved, consent expires or is withdrawn, a valid request to stop processing is received, or unlawful processing is identified, unless another lawful basis requires continued processing.

9. Cross-border transfers

Before making a cross-border transfer, the Controller will comply with the notification and information-gathering requirements applicable under Russian personal-data law.

10. Confidentiality

The Controller and any other person with access to personal data must not disclose or distribute that data without the data subject’s consent unless federal law provides otherwise.

Questions about the processing of personal data may be sent to info@red-tiger.ru. Amendments will be reflected in this document. This Policy remains effective until replaced by a new version.
